Shipments within Italy are handled as Express delivery in 24/72 hours with a fixed cost of €7.90. For orders reaching a minimum of €99, shipping is free. Shipments within Europe are processed as Express delivery in 1-4 working days, and the cost may vary based on the package weight. For orders reaching a minimum of €399, shipping is free.

The price of our sweatshirts varies not only based on the design but especially on the type of sweatshirt selected. That's why each product name mentions either "heavy" or "mid-season." These are two completely different sweatshirts. Of course, these are always sweatshirts of excellent quality.You can check the various features by reading the respective descriptions of each. One of the most significant differences is the option to choose between heavier or lighter hoodies. The "Mid Season" is suitable for all seasons due to its medium weight, unlike the "Heavy," which is more suitable for winter. In addiction we introduced this variety to make our products accessible to all potential customers.

The manufacturing of our embrodery product has been carried out using artisanal rather than industrial processes. Small imperfections, indentations, and surface wrinkles are intentionally present, constituting specific characteristics of the product and attesting to its special artisanal craftsmanship.

Every item on our site is machine-embroidered, not printed. Embroidery offers numerous advantages over printing, starting with durability and long-lasting resistance. While printing can fade and deteriorate after a few washes, embroidery is a resilient and enduring customization technique that ensures a consistently sharp and high-quality image.

You can safely wash an embroidered product by following these instructions: 1) Turn the item inside out before washing to protect the embroidery. 2) Use cold water and a gentle cycle to prevent color fading and protect the fabric. ! WASH AT A MAXIMUM OF 30 DEGREES, DO NOT USE THE DRYER 3) Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. 4) Air-dry the product by laying it flat to maintain the integrity of the embroidery. By following these care instructions, you'll ensure that your embroidered product remains vibrant and in top condition!

All items labeled 'premium' undergo a second processing stage to characterize them as never before. On the back of premium sweatshirts, a strip of 100% cotton fabric, made in Japan, is HAND-SEWN. This process requires special time and attention as it is HANDMADE. It is specified that the product is handmade, so it may have imperfections, but this should absolutely not be considered a sign of lower quality of the raw materials used. Also, we specify that the design of the strip varies for each sweatshirt, as the fabric design varies based on the cut. This results in uniqueness in every single product made.

Iron inside out at a medium temperature and without steam. The motifs should not touch during ironing. Always iron embroidered motifs by placing them between two thin fabrics.
